Originally from Belgium, Alexia began her journey in professional dance at the Royal Ballet of Belgium, laying the foundation for a career steeped in discipline and artistry. At 16, she moved to the UK to continue her training at Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom, where she sharpened her skills in musical theatre disciplines. 

Following her training, Alexia launched her career aboard major cruise lines, working as a singer-dancer for renowned companies such as Cunard, P&O Cruises, and Royal Caribbean. 

Transitioning from performance to behind-the-scenes leadership, Alexia entered the casting industry and  she now serves as Senior Director of Talent Casting & Recruitment at RWS Global, managing the UK-based team responsible for global talent sourcing and casting initiatives.
