RWS Casting Director will also be scouting all classes at WDM Italy 2025.
HOW TO REGISTER
- WE NEED CV OR PICTURES/VIDEOS - Please bring CV and headshot to the audition.
- Union and Non-Union performers. Must be 18 years of age or older to audition for RWS. Prior theater or other live entertainment experience preferred.
- Performers can be Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian/Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern/North African/South Asian, and/or white, as well as inclusive of all gender identities.
- DEADLINE to register for RWS Auditions at WDM Italy: July 1, 2025 for Aerialists and July 6, 2025 for Dancers.

INFORMATION FOR AERIALISTS:
- RWS is seeking strong Aerialists, with professional performance background (i.e. theater, concert, ships etc.) Versatile on apparatus is a plus.
- We will have silks and hoops at the audition, but you may bring your own apparatus.
- WDM will provide 3 sliks, length: 8 meters, certified Unicycle (Hoop).
- INFORMATION ABOUT SUSPENSION POINTS: a supporting beam (10 meters long and 7 meters high) with n. 3 points.
By registering to audition or by submitting your materials online you are acknowledging that you are ready and willing to perform the physical duties of the role for which you are auditioning. This can include, without limitation, lifting weights of up to 50 lbs, performing physical activity throughout your working hours and working in a fast-paced environment requiring high levels of adaptability. Further, you acknowledge that the role may require you to learn and implement choreography and show/scripting elements within short periods of time without assistance.
INFORMATION FOR DANCERS:
- RWS Global is seeking strong, professional, seasoned, and versatile dancers 18+ with styles that include Contemporary, Jazz, Theater Dance, Showgirl and Hip Hop.
- Candidates must be available and willing to travel internationally aboard our ships.
- All Auditionees will be seen at 10AM.
- Audition details and links will be sent by a confirmation email after sign up.
- Please be warmed up and ready to dance at your scheduled time.
- Bring a headshot & resume stapled back-to-back.
- Wear form fitting attire that shows lines and aesthetics.
- Bring jazz and ballet shoes. Female identifying performers should also bring heels.
