Terms & Conditions
Please check your vast collection of dance DVDs before ordering, so that you do not re-purchase an item you already own. In the event that you do (having purchased it through Tezoro Productions), and have not yet opened it, we will exchange it for a product of the same value. Normal shipping charges will apply.
If you opened the product it cannot be exchanged. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given.
-Most returns are processed within two weeks of receipt for damaged goods.

-A sales receipt, with original packaging and content, must accompany returns.
-For your protection, we highly recommend that you return your order by insured mail with tracking and save the receipt for your records. Tezoro Productions is not responsible for lost return shipments.
All claims for exchanges and damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time.
NSF Checks Policy:
Bounced checks will incur a fee of $30 in addition to the original amount. Repayment must be made by money order, certified check, or credit card. Repayment must be received within two weeks; otherwise your account will be forwarded to a collections agency.
