World Dance Movement Performance Academy

Providing opportunities for dancers to compete and train all over the world while staying connected one competition season at a time!

The WDM Performance Academy trains your dancers to reach personal excellence with a schedule that is compatible to your family’s demands.

Based out of North Carolina, elite level dancers can attend regularly scheduled classes each week across North and South Carolina (locations will vary) and have the opportunity to craft a weekly schedule filled with dancer specific technique privates either in person or on zoom, this way dancers can train no matter where they are in the world!

Randi Lee began dancing at the early age of two, from then on she trained at various studios across North Carolina. Upon graduating she spent many years in New York City furthering her dance education as well as teaching and performing! She was on faculty at both The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA college/conservatory) and Broadway Dance Center’s Children and Teens Program! She spent her summers working and training across Europe with World Dance Movement. There she assisted Michele Assaf as well as adjudicated the international competition. Randi has taught master classes all over the East Coast and spends most weekends judging for various dance competitions. Randi is well versed in acrobatics, ballet, tap, lyrical, hip hop, musical theater, pointe, contemporary, classical/commercial/contemporary jazz, improv and modern. She was a competitive dancer for 15 years and held the title of Miss Dance of North Carolina in 2010 & 2012. Randi now teaches, choreographs, and judges regularly. She believes that technique, movement and heart are the perfect combination in creating and enriching young dancers! You can find her online @therandilee
