We will LIVE broadcast all the video entries in the ALL THE DIVISIONS and then the Award Ceremony, plus the WDM Overall Top Cash Prize awards.

SCHOLARSHIP PRIZES
- The First, Second and Third place winners in each category and each level will receive WDM Virtual Competition Electronic Placement Certificate Award.
- The First and Second place SOLO, DUO & TRIO winners will receive a WDM Virtual Competition Electronic Placement Certificate Award and a special scholarship to WDM Italy 2026 or another dance event.
- All dancers will receive an electronic WDM Competition Certificate of Participation. Every participant will receive as a gift, the Complete Forster Structural Program-Strength and Flexibility (retail value $29.99).
NOTE: Prizes may vary if there are less than 10 entries in any age group and division/category. The cash prizes will be discounted incrementally. We will combine categories if there are less than 10 entries in any category and style. We will never combine age groups (EXCEPT for Best Choreography – all ‘GROUP’ entries will be entered in all age categories) . However, for example, we may combine ‘Solos and Duos’ from STUDENT Classical, Contemporary, Show Dance /Open, Tap, Commercial etc. if there are not enough solos. Or we may even combine solos/duo/trio/ group in any category per age level, if we do not have enough entries. The Cash prizes will be the largest possibility of the entries combined.
PARTICIPANTS:
All nationalities are welcome to participate in the WDM International Virtual Competition 2026
How It Works:
- Video Submission: You upload your video(s).
- Judging: Our panel of judges will review your submission and provide recorded vocal feedback, available after the competition concludes.
- Broadcast & Award Ceremony: On April 11, all entries will be broadcast live (without the comments from the judges), followed by a prerecorded Award Ceremony where we’ll announce the winners. A link will be provided via email to watch it.
EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEES:

REGULAR FEE:
Begins February 2, 2026 / Last day to register March 5, 2026
- SOLO - $45 / per dancer (Regular fee: $55 per dancer)
- DUO/TRIO: $35 / per dancer (Regular fee: $45 per dancer)
- GROUPS (4 OR MORE DANCERS): $25 / per dancer (Regular fee: $35 per dancer)
Registration fee: one-time $4.75 per dancer per event
AGE CATEGORIES:
The competitor’s ages are calculated from January 1, 2026 WDM reserves the right to ask for proof of age. In all solo classes, competitors must dance in the class for their age:
- STUDENT: 7-11 years old
- JUNIOR: 12-16 years old
- SENIOR: 17 years old and over
